About this role
Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Art Director / Sr. Art Director with a strong design sensibility, leadership capabilities, and prior experience in handling a creative team. Candidate having knowledge & understanding of Insurance & Financial products will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of designers and visualizers to deliver high-quality creative output.
- Conceptualize and execute campaign ideas across digital, print, and film.
- Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and strategists to build impactful campaigns.
- Translate briefs into visually stunning and effective communication pieces.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to financial brand guidelines.
- Present creative ideas and storyboards to clients confidently.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Art Director in an advertising agency.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a creative team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across various mediums, especially for financial brands.
- Candidate having knowledge & understanding of Insurance & Financial products will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong visual sense, typography skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Minimum of 5+ years of design/content creation experience
Graduate in art / fine arts preferable
High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD.
Working knowledge of After Effects and Web based design tools will be an added advantage.
OTHER SKILLS
Good communication and listening skills English as a spoken language a must.
A strong, conceptual thinker having excellent design sense.
Team player that demonstrates strong organizational skills in order to effectively handle multiple projects at a time
