Job description ARSSC:

• Verify and analyse dealer documents and update relevant tables with text from the submitted documents
• Follow-up with stakeholders for details as required
• Create customer code and request for SDTD deposits
• Process system-triggered and dealer triggered customer master updates
• Process ship-to-party, SBU extension and dealer termination
• Responsible for customer blocking and unblocking as per approvals
• Track and conduct RAG assessment for quarterly COBs of all dealers
• Liaison with MO and dealers for completion the process
• Assist in evaluating credit worthiness of a new dealer
• Support in evaluation of ad hoc credit limit enhancement/reduction cases
• Process invoices and pass credit and debit note entries
• Process refund requests
• Assist in Inter-SBU adjustments
• Account for cheque bounces
• Track overdue of dealers and apply relevant blocks in case of non-clearance
• Classify queries and resolve or direct them to relevant authorities for resolution
• Perform closing activities such as provisioning of bed debts and publishing of reports
• Focuses on strategic issues that contribute to growth and competitiveness of the SSC
• Develop and program manage strategic and actionable insights from the relevant governance forums
