Responsibilities
- Monitor Hadoop cluster and batch job executions.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents and service requests.
- Analyze application, server, and Hadoop logs for troubleshooting.
- Develop Shell and Python scripts to automate operational tasks.
- Support Hadoop components such as HDFS, Hive, and YARN.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Work with development teams to resolve application issues.
- Support cloud-hosted data platforms and services.
- Ensure SLA compliance and system availability.
- Maintain operational documentation and support procedures.
