Area Visual Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain brand VM guidelines across all LFS/MBO stores within the assigned cluster
• Ensure timely implementation of seasonal launches, window displays, promotions, and festive VM rollouts
• Coordinate with store teams to maintain impactful product displays and store zoning
• Conduct regular store visits and VM audits to ensure consistency in brand presentation
• Support sell-through by implementing commercially effective display strategies
• Work closely with Operations, Buying & Planning teams for smooth VM execution
• Train and guide store staff on VM standards and display maintenance
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide VM improvement suggestions
• Ensure VM materials, props, and branding elements are utilized effectively across stores

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in fashion/lifestyle retail
• Exposure to LFS/MBO retail formats is preferred
• Good understanding of fashion retail, store layouts, and customer shopping behavior
• Strong execution skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cluster/region
• Hands-on and commercially driven approach
