Planning and Execution of New Store + Renovations:
- Open all stores as per latest MPM (Merchandising Presentation Manual) + NSO (New Store Opening) guidelines and the latest retail ID.
- Design and execute the façade elevations.
- Plan and order the mannequins, hangers, VM hardware and negative area.
- Ensure all elements are within stipulated budget. Keep the cost tight and negotiate well with the vendor.
- Set-up the store and follow the timelines given by manager.
- Ensure timely billing process.
- Timely adaptations of Window and In-store Dockets
- Push for MPM replication quality and elevations uniformity as per planned density through all the stores
- Timely Planning and Executions.
- Ensure all elements are within stipulated budget. Keep the cost tight and negotiate well with the vendor.
- Ensure that the stores have put up the latest and right communications in all stores.
- Ensure visits as per calendar to the stores in line the RVM and RM.
- Timely training at the model store to drill down MPM and Elevations to the front-end team – to be planned with the ABM.
- Maintain all store visit reports, with before and after pics and/or training pics.
- Keep the billing process tight and follow the process to the T.
- Compilation of execution pics of the region
- Monthly/Quarterly calendar and reports maintenance.
- Update all store dockets in Q4
