Designation: Area Training Manager (2W)
Office Location: Anekal, Karnataka
Position description: The responsibility of the Trainer is to improve % trained Mechanics / Service Advisors/ Worksmanager/ floor Supervisors at AMD / AD to ensure service activity as per the standard procedure, thereby enhancing service quality and productivity which results in increased customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly training plan based on Annual training calendar
- Training plan communication to AMD / AD / Field Staff
- Conduct Trainings (Basic, Advanced, New Product, Service advisor, Expert grade
- Facilitate e-based Training and conduct TTT
- Track dealer staff attrition and plan training to maintain or improve % trained.
- Ensure timely and accurate training data entry in the LMS or training portal.
- Evaluation of Training effectiveness
- Process monthly training-related expenses in coordination with finance
- Generate dealer debit notes based on training attendance and policy norms in coordination with Finance
- Update Manpower data - AMD / AD in co-ordination with TMs
Experience: atleast 3 years of experience in Technical Training
Educational qualifications preferred
- Category: Bachelor's Degree
- Degree: Bachelor of Engineering - B.E / B. Tech
