Area Territory Manager (Chennai)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across 35 stores.
• Handle rider hiring, onboarding, and workforce availability.
• Monitor store performance and operational metrics.
• Track rider productivity, order fulfilment, SLA/TAT, and cancellations.
• Ensure smooth store operations and SOP compliance.
• Manage manpower planning and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with store teams to achieve business targets.
• Prepare daily performance reports and improve operational efficiency.
