Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise team members and monitor productivity.
• Manage inventory, stock availability, and stock audits.
• Monitor operational KPIs and achieve performance targets.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
• Resolve operational issues and escalations.
• Prepare daily operational reports and track performance.
• Train and guide team members to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
