Area Technical Valuation

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical evaluation and valuation of residential, commercial, and plotted properties offered as collateral.
• Assess market value, realizable value, and risk associated with underlying assets for retail mortgage loans.
• Review and validate valuation reports submitted by empaneled valuers and technical agencies.
• Evaluate under-construction projects and provide insights on project progress, feasibility, and associated risks.
• Support underwriting and credit teams with technical due diligence inputs for loan approval.
• Identify property-related risks and recommend mitigation measures to safeguard loan portfolios.
• Monitor local real estate market trends, property price movements, and regulatory developments across assigned geographies.
• Ensure compliance with internal valuation policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with valuers, technical consultants, developers, and internal stakeholders.
