Key Responsibilities

• Manage Cold Room / Cold Storage service operations across the assigned territory.
• Handle service dealers, technicians and customer complaints.
• Monitor installation, breakdown, AMC, warranty and after-sales service.
• Ensure timely complaint resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service performance and conduct regular site/market visits.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in refrigeration/HVAC service.
• Strong experience in Cold Room / Cold Storage service.
• Experience managing service teams, dealers and technicians.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
