Key Responsibilities

• Manage Residential AC service operations across the assigned territory.
• Handle service dealers, technicians and customer complaints.
• Monitor installation, breakdown, warranty and after-sales service.
• Ensure service quality, timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Track service performance and prepare regular reports.
• Conduct market visits and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AC/HVAC service.
• Strong experience in Residential AC service operations.
• Experience in managing service networks/dealers and technicians.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
