You will oversee Authorized Service Centers (ASCs), manage field engineers, control service metrics (TAT, FTR, CSAT), and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) and third-party service vendors in the assigned territory.
• Track key service SLAs: Turnaround Time (TAT), First-Time Fix Rate (FTR), CSAT, and repeat call rates.
• Oversee spare parts management, inventory, and warranty claims processing.
• Resolve critical customer escalations and work with Quality teams to address product issues.
• Train and mentor field technicians on new products and service excellence.

Key Requirements

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 4-5 years in consumer durables, home appliances, or consumer electronics after-sales service.
• Skills: Vendor management, team leadership, conflict resolution, and spare parts handling.
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
