Job Description:

• Manage and drive service operations for Residential AC products across the assigned territory.
• Handle service partners, dealers, and technicians to ensure timely complaint resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service KPIs, repeat complaints, turnaround time (TAT), and warranty/service performance.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and customer support teams for effective issue resolution.
• Conduct field visits, identify recurring technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure service quality, process compliance, and partner performance as per company standards.
