Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement across the region
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer management processes and team performance
• Foster a culture of customer focus within the team, ensuring that customer needs are prioritized and addressed effectively
• Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement
• Achieve a measurable increase in customer satisfaction scores and engagement metrics within the assigned area
• Successfully lead the team to meet or exceed performance targets and operational goals
• Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, resulting in enhanced loyalty and retention
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve service delivery and team efficiency
