Area Service Incharge

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage after-sales service operations for consumer durables products in the assigned area.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues through effective field support.
• Oversee SLA management, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of service activities.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in after-sales service or related field operations.
• Strong knowledge of consumer durables industry, particularly home appliances.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle complex situations effectively.
• Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting SLAs.
