Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
* Experience in Roofing, Fencing, Steel or Building Material products preferred.
* Strong dealer/distributor and channel-sales experience.
* Good knowledge of local market and customer network.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Target-oriented approach with good field-sales capability.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop sales in the assigned geographical area.
* Appoint and manage dealers/distributors.

* Conduct regular market and customer visits.
* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
