Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective communication, leadership, and motivation.
  
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and expand market share.
  
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales or Field Sales with a focus on Project Sales or Area Sales Management.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution (any specialization).
  
• PG Diploma in Any Specialization preferred but not mandatory.
