We are hiring for the position of Sales Manager (B2B) – Building Material Industry.
Location: Chennai
Position- Area Sales Manager
Experienced candidates from Plywood, Laminate, and Building Material industries are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:•
Develop and strengthen dealer & distributor network across the assigned territory
• Drive channel sales through dealers, distributors, and retail partners
• Appoint new channel partners and maintain strong business relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors for business development
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, dispatch, and payment follow-up
• Ensure timely collection and outstanding managementCandidate Requirements
:• Candidates from Plywood, Laminate, Veneer, Hardware, Building Material, or related industries will be preferred• Good market network
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively
