Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage and expand the General Trade (GT) business across major towns of Chhattisgarh, with a strong focus on distributor management, team leadership, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage GT sales operations across major towns of Chhattisgarh.
• Handle and develop Distributors (DBs) and Sub-Distributors (Sub-DBs).
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and distribution objectives.
• Expand market coverage, product availability, and retail outlet penetration.
• Monitor primary and secondary sales, beat plans, and distributor performance.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 10- 15 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in the biscuit or cake industry.
• Must have experience in handling GT operations across multiple towns.
• Strong existing network of distributors, sub-distributors, and market references in Chhattisgarh.
• Proven team-handling and territory-development capabilities.
