Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and manage a team of 4 to 6 Relationship Managers to achieve business objectives.
• Generate leads and ensure effective engagement with prospective customers.
• Monitor team performance, sales activities, and customer follow-ups.
• Support team members in understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable real estate projects.
• Guide the team in conducting property presentations, site visits, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Conduct regular team meetings, review performance, and provide coaching to improve productivity.
• Coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Ensure timely CRM updates, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance and achieve business goals.
