Area Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, growth-oriented professional to drive supply acquisition and market expansion across Delhi NCR and Rajasthan. The role focuses on building a strong broker network, developing supply channels, and establishing long-term relationships with market partners.

The candidate will work closely with two regional team members, one each for Delhi NCR and Rajasthan, to strengthen market coverage and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

-Drive on-ground supply acquisition and business development across the territory.

-Identify, approach, and onboard local brokers and supply partners, and build them into a reliable, consistently engaged supply network.

-Own regional supply acquisition and expansion targets, working with the two regional team members to deliver them.

-Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

-Relevant experience in field sales, area sales, business development, channel sales, or supply acquisition.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Good understanding of local markets and the ability to develop a strong network of brokers and channel partners.

- Willingness to travel extensively and work primarily in the field.

- Self-driven, with strong execution skills: able to spot opportunities and deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment.

-Experience in traditional or offline channel development is preferred over profiles focused exclusively on SaaS sales.
