This position will report directly to the Zonal Manager and will play a key role in executing regional sales strategies and achieving business goals.

This position will report directly to the Zonal Manager and will play a key role in executing regional sales strategies and achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Lead and guide the sales team within the assigned territory
- Monitor performance and motivate team members to exceed sales targets
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with senior management
- Travel within the region to meet existing and potential clients and promote our offerings
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and meetings to drive conversions
- Analyze sales data regularly and report to leadership
- Identify successful and underperforming areas and implement improvements
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in sanitary ware or building material sector
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related field
- 3–7 years of relevant experience
- Preferred background within Faucets, CP Bath Fittings, Sanitary Ware, or Pipe & Fittings industry
