Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and achieve monthly and quarterly targets for SME Unsecured Business Loans.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across Hyderabad.
• Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Ensure quality sourcing, proper documentation, and adherence to company credit policies.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other departments for timely processing and disbursement.
• Monitor sales performance, productivity, and portfolio quality.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SME Unsecured Business Loans.
• Good DSA and channel partner network in Hyderabad.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Strong market knowledge and customer relationship management.
• Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
