Key Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing business associates and channel partners.

Identify, onboard, and develop new business associates within the assigned territory.

Achieve assigned sales targets in tonnage.

Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy outstanding levels.

Coordinate with the Accounts team for account reconciliation.

Build long-term customer relationships and strengthen brand presence.

Address customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.

Guide and monitor the performance of Marketing Executives (MEs).

Handle additional responsibilities assigned by the RM/GM.
