Department: Sales & Marketing
Experience: 1–3 Years
CTC: Up to 5 LPA
Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Insurance Industry Experience: Added Advantage
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard insurance agents/advisors
Build and develop a productive agency network
Drive sales and new-business growth through the agency channel
Train, guide and motivate agents to improve performance
Monitor agent productivity and business contribution
Build strong relationships with agents and support retention
Track sales pipeline and performance against assigned targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations
Ensure adherence to company processes and compliance requirements
Who Can Apply?
We are looking for candidates with:
1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Agency Sales / Channel Sales / Relationship Management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good networking and relationship-building ability
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Ability to recruit, engage and manage agents
Candidates from the Insurance industry will have an added advantage
