Hiring: Area Sales Manager Used Two-Wheeler Loans

Manba Finance Ltd. is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business for our Used Two Wheeler Finance vertical.

Key Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in Used Two-Wheeler / Two-Wheeler Finance
• Strong understanding of Used TW market, dealer network, sourcing channels & valuation
• Team handling experience is mandatory
• Proven track record of achieving business and disbursement targets
• Strong dealer/channel relationships across the assigned territory
• Good knowledge of market expansion, team productivity and quality sourcing
• Strong communication, negotiation and field management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Used Two-Wheeler loan business across the assigned territory
• Lead, guide and monitor the performance of the sales team
• Develop and strengthen dealer and sourcing partner relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the market
• Ensure achievement of monthly business and disbursement targets
• Monitor team productivity, sourcing quality and portfolio performance
• Ensure adherence to company policies and credit/process guidelines
