About the Company
RM Group is a century-old business house from Madhya Pradesh with a long-standing reputation for trust and quality. Veripure, its FMCG brand, is expanding its distribution and market presence, and we are looking for a driven ASM to grow the business in the assigned territory. Role Summary The ASM will own sales delivery, distributor management and market development for the assigned area. The role covers primary and secondary sales, a strong distributor and retail network, and a high-performing field team.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual primary and secondary sales targets for the territory.
Appoint, onboard and manage distributors and super stockists, and review their performance, ROI and working capital health.
Expand numeric and weighted distribution, and improve outlet coverage and productivity in General Trade.
Lead, coach and monitor Sales Officers, Sales Executives and distributor salesmen (beat plans, productivity, attendance, reporting).
Execute and track trade schemes and promotions, and ensure timely claim settlement and scheme compliance.
Maintain optimal stock levels, minimize stock-outs and ageing, and ensure timely order-to-delivery cycles.
Ensure visibility, merchandising and in-store brand presence as per company guidelines.
Track competitor activity, pricing and schemes, and share market intelligence with the management.
Manage commercial aspects: distributor margins, credit control, outstanding collections and claim reconciliation.
Submit timely MIS, sales reports and forecasts, and drive adoption of DMS/SFA tools where applicable.
Candidate Profile Parameter Requirement Experience 3-5 years as ASM (or equivalent) in FMCG Industry/Industry FMCG Food or FMCG Non-Food Industry/Channel General Trade / Traditional Trade / Offline
Qualification-Graduate (minimum); MBA preferred
Age Up to- 45 years
Location-Indore / Jabalpur(willing to be based at HQ and travel extensively within the territory)

Good communication in Hindi and the regional language; working English Ownership, integrity and a hands-on approach to market work
Compensation INR 6 LPA to INR 8 LPA (CTC), depending on the candidate's last drawn salary and experience.
