Job Description: Key Account Manager (KAM) Project Sales

Location : Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune

Experience :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the premium building materials industry.
• Project Sales Expertise: Proven experience in project sales, specifically working with builders and developers, is mandatory.
• Builder Network: Must have a strong, established database and network of builders and developers.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Career Stability: A consistent career track record is essential. Candidates with frequent job changes will not be preferred.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with experience in project sales of the following premium products will be given preference:

• Premium and boutique doors
• Windows
• Wardrobes
• Premium architectural hardware
• Elevators
• Premium glass
• Premium flooring solutions

Important: All applicants must have hands-on experience in project sales and a proven track record of working directly with builders and developers.

Role & Selling Approach

• The role involves promoting premium and boutique doors to builders and developers through concept-based selling and value proposition-driven sales, rather than discount-led or price-driven selling.
• The ideal candidate should be capable of presenting premium solutions, communicating their value, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and generating business through project specifications and long-term partnerships.
