Area Sales Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for pathology and diagnostic services.
2. Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients, including doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and corporate clients.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure business growth and retention.
4. Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and develop territory-specific sales strategies.
5. Team Management: Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve assigned targets and improve productivity.
6. Doctor & Channel Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with doctors, healthcare professionals, and referral partners to promote diagnostic services ethically.
7. Revenue Monitoring: Track sales performance, client-wise revenue, collections, and business growth.
8. Reporting & MIS: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, business forecasts, and performance updates for management.
9. Coordination: Coordinate with laboratory operations, customer support, and other internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
10. Target Achievement: Monitor individual and team performance, implement corrective actions, and ensure consistent achievement of business objectives
