ADIRA WINES (C2C Importers) is Hiring | Area Sales Manager – Uttar Pradesh

ADIRA WINES, the flagship brand of C2C Importers, has established a strong presence across Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi, Uttarakhand and Chandigarh. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are building a high-performance sales team to take the brand to new heights.

We are looking for driven professionals who want to set a new benchmark in the alcobev industry and be part of a team that makes the impossible possible.

Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – 2 Openings

1. ASM – West UP (Base: Agra)

Territory: Agra, Bareilly, Moradabad, Meerut, Saharanpur

2. ASM – Central & East UP (Base: Lucknow)

Territory: Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Varanasi

Key Responsibilities

- Own and grow the ADIRA WINES brand across the assigned region

- Drive sales and distribution across premium retail, model shops and composite shops

- Build on-trade presence across bars, hotels, restaurants and clubs, including menu listings and activations

- Coordinate with FL2 / FL2B wholesalers on supply, stock planning and collections

- Achieve volume, value and market-share targets; track competition and report performance

Requirements

- 5+ years of sales experience in the liquor / alcobev industry (mandatory)

- Proven on-trade (HoReCa) and off-trade experience

- Established network of retailers, wholesalers and on-trade outlets in the region

- Sound knowledge of UP Excise policy and the liquor distribution chain

- Graduate; MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred

Compensation

- 6 – 8 LPA fixed

- Performance-linked incentives on target achievement

- Travel and daily allowances as per company policy
