Role Overview
Mahalaxmi Engineering Works is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales
Representative to drive business growth for our Bubble GUARD sheets in the Mumbai
region. The role involves developing new customer accounts, nurturing existing
relationships, and achieving sales targets through eective communication, product
knowledge, and market penetration strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for Bubble GUARD sheets in the
Mumbai region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and end
customers.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with
clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as dened by management.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery schedules, and
payment follow-ups.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and service.
Qualications & Skills

Any minimum 12th Pass.
13 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, plastics, or
industrial products.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Prociency in MS Oice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of the Mumbai market and customer base will be an added
advantage.
