Job Description

Job Summary**

Responsible for achieving sales targets and market share growth within a defined geographical area for BDI(Surgery) product portfolio. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing customer relationships, as an individual contributor to drive business expansion.

Job Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and tactical plans to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and market share objectives for the designated territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging market trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product adoption.
• Manage territory budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and return on investment.
• Represent BDI (Surgery) at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events to promote products and build brand awareness.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, as well as relevant industry regulations.
  
  

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree Marketing, Healthcare or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare market, including purchasing processes, reimbursement models, and key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and manage a sales budget.
• Proficient in MS office .
