Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory by managing retail outlets, beauty stores, and local distributors. Day-to-day tasks include visiting key accounts, presenting product lines, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring effective merchandising and brand visibility. The Area Sales Manager will track sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement local promotional activities to meet revenue and volume targets. The role also involves building strong relationships with partners, training store staff on product features, gathering customer feedback, and preparing regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales or area sales management, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or personal care.
• Strong skills in territory management, account management, and relationship building with retailers and distributors.
• Ability to analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and implement practical sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills when interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Comfort with on-site work, frequent local travel within Jaipur and nearby areas, and hands-on store visits.
• Basic proficiency in using spreadsheets, CRM tools, or sales reporting software for planning and tracking performance.
• High level of self-motivation, accountability, and a customer-focused mindset aligned with a beauty and lifestyle brand.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in sales can substitute formal education.
• Interest in beauty, cosmetics, and trends, with the ability to represent the brand professionally in the local market.
