Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Gujarat.

- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth across the territory.

- Lead, guide and monitor the Sales Executive team.

- Develop strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors and Dealers.

- Build and strengthen the dealer and distribution network across Gujarat.

- Generate new business opportunities and identify key projects.

- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities and market trends.

- Ensure effective product presentations and specification activities with architects and interior designers.

- Review sales performance, pipeline and market coverage of the team.

- Provide regular MIS and market feedback to the Business Head.

- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, collections and customer service.

- Identify opportunities for increasing WAZWOOD's presence and brand visibility across Gujarat.

Preferred candidate profile

7 - 10 years of proven sales experience in building materials or related industries.

- Strong existing network and excellent contacts with Architects and Interior Designers.

- Experience in handling a sales team and developing territories.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong dealer/distributor network and knowledge of the Gujarat market.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills.

- Highly result-oriented, proactive and capable of working independently.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.

- Candidates from Plywood / Laminates / ACP / WPC industries will be given preference.
