Area Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

Identify, on board, and develop new consultants for the Wellness business. • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, HNI clients, and premium customers. • Drive sales and revenue growth for ZeroB Wellness products through the consultant network. • Generate new business opportunities and expand the consultant/customer base. • Develop strong relationships with HNI and affluent customers and understand their premium lifestyle and wellness requirements. • Train, guide, and motivate consultants to effectively promote ZeroB Wellness products. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. • Identify potential business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market visits. • Conduct regular meetings with consultants and customers to drive business conversion. • Monitor consultant performance and ensure consistent business generation. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service. 3 • Track sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to management. • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. • Ensure a high level of customer and consultant satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

68 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development / Relationship Management / Channel Sales. • Experience in Insurance, Luxury Sales, HNI Sales, Leisure, Lifestyle, Wellness, Hospitality, or Premium Consumer Products will be an added advantage.
