We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with strong experience in Publication / Book Selling, preferably in the Pre-Primary or Primary education segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business growth across the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, institutions and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Manage territory targets, sales planning and revenue achievement.
• Handle distributor/channel relationships and ensure effective market coverage.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Mandatory experience in Publishing / Publication / Book Selling.
• Experience in Pre-Primary / Primary school segment preferred.
• Strong local market knowledge and school network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to the assigned location preferred.
