Role & responsibilities
- Scout, identify, and onboard 2-wheeler EV dealers.
- Manage end-to-end dealer setup (solo execution role full ownership).
- Drive network expansion across COCO (Company-Owned Company Operated) and DODO (Dealer-Owned Dealer-Operated) formats.
- Ensure dealership performance, sales growth, and smooth operations.
- Represent Oben Electric within the assigned region and build strong channel relationships.
- Undertake extensive on-ground travel for dealer development and performance monitoring.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 3- 10 years in the 2-wheeler automobile industry(ICE/EV -2W)
- Proven track record in channel sales and dealer development.
- High energy, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. • Passion for fieldwork, with a results-driven approach
