Area Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow our General Trade (GT) and/or Modern Trade (MT) channels in the Mumbai region.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Razor Brands, strong market knowledge, and proven experience in managing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory through GT/MT channels.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify and onboard new distributors/channel partners and maintain existing relationships.
• Monitor distributor performance, stock levels and order fulfilment.
• Lead, coach and manage Sales Officers/Sales Executives.
• Coordinate with marketing and trade marketing teams for promotions, schemes and visibility.
• Analyze sales data, market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and maintain account hygiene.
• Regularly visit markets and retail outlets to maintain strong field presence and relationships.
