Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an energetic, result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead market expansion and sales operations for KiTEC Multilayer Composite Piping Systems.

The ASM will drive revenue growth across various cities of Gujarat by generating institutional specifications, converting commercial / residential projects and nurturing strong channel partner networks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Sales & Specification: Identify, track, and convert upcoming residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects across the assigned territory.

• Influencer Engagement: Build strong, ongoing relationships with architects, MEP consultants, plumbing consultants, builders and MEP contractors to ensure KiTEC is specified in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and vendor lists.

• Channel Management: Appoint, manage, and motivate dealers. Ensure healthy secondary sales pull-through and market reach.

• Product Demonstrations & Technical Presentations: Conduct product presentations, mock-ups and contractor / plumber meets to highlight the advantages of multilayer composite pipes over conventional CPVC / GI piping systems.

• Pipeline & Target Management: Maintain an active project tracker from initial enquiry to closure, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.

• Competitor Intelligence: Keep a track of competitor pricing, market share, marketing initiatives, and emerging industry trends.

• Commercial Operations: Coordinate with backend operations for order processing, logistics, timely material dispatch and receivables / payment collection.
