Area Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager Modern Trade (Beverages) to drive sales growth, manage key modern trade accounts, and ensure strong market execution across the assigned territory.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across modern trade accounts, retail chains, and key outlets.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account buyers and store teams.
• Plan and execute promotions, schemes, visibility, and in-store merchandising activities.
• Ensure product availability, proper shelf placement, and timely replenishment.
• Monitor primary and secondary sales, stock levels, inventory, and market coverage.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new modern trade accounts.
• Coordinate with distributors, logistics, marketing, and internal teams for smooth product availability.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, product launches, and market activities.
• Conduct regular market/store visits and ensure proper execution of company guidelines.
• Prepare sales reports, market updates, and performance analysis for management.
• Manage trade schemes and promotional activities within the approved budgets.
