Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities :
Take complete ownership of sales and business development across the assigned territory. Drive B2B sales of Helox Inverters and achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Identify, appoint and develop dealers, distributors, EPCs and channel partners. Expand the Helox sales network and strengthen business with existing partners. Generate new leads and convert them into regular business. Build strong relationships with dealers, EPCs, installers, consultants and business customers. Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings and partner interactions. Understand local market potential, customer requirements and competitor activities. Plan territory-wise sales strategies and execute them effectively. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, dispatches, payments and after-sales support. Maintain sales pipeline, market reports and regular performance updates. Support exhibitions, product promotions and other business development activities. Preferred Candidate Profile :
 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, territory sales or regional sales. Experience in solar inverters, solar products, electrical equipment, power electronics or renewable energy will be preferred. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Strong business development and territory management capabilities. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Candidates who have independently handled a territory or region will be preferred.
