Job Description Job Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management in Government business.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the Government hospital purchase patterns, including key stakeholders, purchasing processes, and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and a customer-centric approach.
