Role & responsibilities

• Handling stores of EBO
• Achieve store-wise monthly sales targets. Manage Manpower
• Monitor key retail KPIs Sales, ABV, UPT, Conversion..
• Drive Store Manager and Sales Associate productivity.
• Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.
• Ensure stock availability, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
• Control shrinkage, damages and stock ageing.
• Maintain VM, store hygiene and operational standards.
• Improve customer experience and resolve escalations.
• Identify low-performing stores and implement corrective action plans.
