Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets through effective channel partnerships.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales or channel sales management.
  
• Proven track record in managing teams and achieving monthly targets.
  
• Strong understanding of the building material industry (Plywood) with knowledge of local markets.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
