We are looking for experienced real estate sales professionals for the role of Area Sales Manager (ASM) Plot Sales. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role where the candidate will be responsible for driving plot sales, generating and converting leads, conducting site visits, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects

Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing

Maintain CRM records and sales reports

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and sales support
