Key Responsibilities

1. Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned territory revenue targets.

2. Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with business objectives.

3. Appoint, develop, and manage channel partners, distributors, and dealers.

4. Expand market penetration by identifying new business opportunities and customer segments.

5. Build strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.

6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

7. Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies, schemes, and promotional activities.

8. Manage collections and maintain healthy outstanding levels within assigned territory.

10. Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Willingness to travel is required.
