About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement & Business Growth
- Drive area-level sales target achievement across products and territories
- Ensure consistent achievement of product-wise and value-wise goals through structured field execution, customer segmentation, and demand generation activities.
- Proactively address performance gaps and build market share in both existing and new geographies.
Team Supervision & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives
- Conduct regular field coaching and performance reviews
- Foster a culture of accountability and excellence
- Conduct weekly team meetings to review targets and strategy
Stakeholder Engagement & Brand Building
- Implement company marketing strategies at the ground level
- Deliver scientific communication and conduct CDEs and hands-on activities
- Strengthen relationships with key dentists, KOLs, and dealer partners
- Ensure scientific and compliant promotion of Septodont products
Dealer & Inventory Management
- Drive optimal inventory planning at dealer level
- Ensure timely collections and reduce outstanding payments
- Monitor dealer stock movement and market penetration
Reporting & Coordination
- Submit regular updates to the Regional Manager
- Maintain accurate documentation of field activities and sales metrics.
Desired Profile:
- 7+ Experience preferably in Dental/ Dental + Pharmaceutical Industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork and client meetings
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
