Role & responsibilities

• Develop and expand distributor and dealer network to drive business growth
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen channel partnerships
• Manage and drive channel sales and distributor sales activities
• Formulate and implement business development strategies for long-term success
• Maintain MIS reporting and track sales performance
• Take ownership of territory sales target and ensure achievement
• Drive sales performance by increasing volumes and expanding distribution

Preferred candidate Profile

• 15 to 20 years of experience in FMCG sales.
• Bachelors degree (Any Graduate)
• Experience in FMCG industry is mandatory.
• Strong leadership & team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decision
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
