Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing profile to lead strategic sales initiatives, drive market expansion, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends and a proactive approach to achieving business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets, focusing on direct sales and nontrade/institutional sales.
• Drive the endtoend sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, pricing, negotiation, order closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across Industrial and Govt Consultants, Government departments (CPWD, PWD, railways, MES, urban development bodies), industrial clients, and private sector organizations such as EPC contractors.
• Identify and pursue large-scale project opportunities for the adoption of Fuji Silvertechs precast and construction material solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations for Industrial and Govt consultants, Project Heads, Chief of Govt Dept, project managers.
• Perform regular market research to track project pipelines, competitor activity, and emerging trends in the construction and precast segment.
• Lead negotiations for pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives while delivering value to clients.
• Act as a single point of contact for customer needs—ensuring seamless coordination for product delivery, site support, and complaint resolution to maintain high client satisfaction.

• Expertise in civil engineering, construction management and business administration or related field (technical background preferred).
• Strong exposure to nontrade and institutional sales environments.
• Proven track record in handling government, industrial, and private sector projects.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Civil Engineering, construction management, Business Administration, or related field (technical background preferred).
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in direct/techno-commercial sales in construction, precast, or building materials industry.
• Experience in sales or business development, preferably in: Precast concrete products, Ready Mix Concrete (RMC), Pre Engineered Buildings (PEB), Cement, Building materials, Infrastructure or construction industry
