Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and supervise local sales representatives to maximize productivity.
• Target Achievement: Set periodic sales goals and execute strategies to meet or exceed regional quotas.
• Client Relations: Visit key clients, nurture strategic partnerships, and resolve major customer issues.
• Market Analysis: Monitor local competitor activity, pricing shifts, and industry trends to spot new openings.
• Sales Reporting: Track performance metrics and present data forecasts to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven field sales and team management experience.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
• Mobility: Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
